Dissolved Oxygen
Dissolved oxygen (DO) is the amount of oxygen that is dissolved in water and is important for sustaining life in aquatic environments. It is measured by a sensor, usually an electrochemical probe or an optical sensor, which reacts to the oxygen content of the water and converts it into an electrical signal.
